Over the summer holidays, there will be various weekly club sessions happening at the track, exact dates tbc.

For those that are eligible to ride the brits, we need to advise south BMX who will be racing by the next regional at Gosport. Please pick up an application form from Coach AD at gate practice on Saturday. £ 10 deposit will be needed for a race shirt.

We are holding an open day race event to colaborate with the Cycle Coo event on july the 3rd and will hopefully contribute to what seems like a great opportunity to raise cycling awareness.
Riders of all abilities are welcome to take part, with racing in classes based on age and ability. Registration will close at 1 pm, with novice classes costing £3 and experts at £5.
We will have around 10 club bikes and helmets for riders without bikes to race on.
Anybody interested is advised to get there early to take in the atmosphere of an official bmx race and participate in gate practice and a track guide prior to racing,
Please note that anybody that wants to race has to be wearing a full face helmet with gloves plus additional protection if they have it!

Hi guys its coming to the end of another busy year for br1xton bmx club and we've gained a lot along the way and I think it's been one of the most productive years since br1xtons been back in the sport. This weekend the 19th,20th will be the last training sessions of the year and we'll be closing the track for some maintenance work (to be announced) and a bit of rest for a couple of weeks. If the weather holds up and we get enough heads we'll finish this weekend with a mini race so as it's gonna be the last session of the year it would be good to get as much of the squad together for a role call!

The Brixton BMX club prize presentation has been canceled for today, as it has been too wet this weekend. Re-arranged to take place next Sunday 22th November instead.

The club summer series prize presentation will take place on Sunday 15th November, after training has finished. As stated a the begining of the series, all riders who paid and took part in 6 or more rounds will qualify for a trophy.

Brixton BMX have entered a bid for funding from Lambeth council along with three other projects. Now it will be put out to the residents to vote from 14th Sept until 16th Oct 09. Thanks to everyone who made it down for the Brixton open race. It was a little rainy and wet, but that didn't stop anyone from having fun. The track was quick with plenty of airtime. It was another huge effort by our supporters, so thanks for all the hard graft.
